Abstract

В статье анализируется ситуация, сложившаяся в сфере программного обеспечения России. На основе качественных и количественных оценок издержек легализации программного обеспечения делается вывод о необходимости поиска альтернативного пути его развития. Рассматриваются перспективы программного обеспечения с тем, чтобы добиться снижения этих издержек и сформировать условия для экономического развития России.
