Abstract

В экономических и транспортных исследованиях, прогнозных разработках социально-культурная составляющая в явном виде обычно ускользает, хотя в действительности именно культура является первичной основой экономики. Население, человек, их потребности и возможности, в конечном счете, определяют стратегию и тактику прогнозирования, программирования, планирования и оперативного управления экономикой. Задача в том, чтобы выявить природу и факторы культурной составляющей процессов развития и найти реальные стыки ее с отдельными отраслями экономики. В данной статье это делается на примере информационной, демографической, бюджетной, сельскохозяйственной и транспортной сфер.
