Abstract

В статье на конкретных примерах рассматриваются мотивационные и отраслевые особенности процесса слияния предпринимательств в новой экономике, в традиционных отраслях реального сектора, в кредитно-финансовой сфере и на рынке капитала, а также ожидаемое влияние вступления Венгрии в члены ЕС на дальнейшее развитие процесса слияния. Венгерский опыт интересен и для России, начинающей формировать современное конкурентное законодательство.
