Abstract

В статье рассматривается положение российского оборонно-промышленного комплекса (ОПК) в посткризисный период (1999-2002 гг.) и те позитивные изменения, которые произошли в оборонных отраслях за эти годы. Особое внимание уделяется проблемам экспорта вооружений и военной техники (ВВТ) как важнейшей структурной составляющей продукции оборонного комплекса. Отмечается противоречивость развития экспорта вооружений и те осложнения, которые могут возникнуть на пути продвижения российской техники на мировые рынки оружия. В этом плане специально рассматривается проблема исчерпания научнотехнических заделов и деградации производственного потенциала ОПК России. В заключение приводится один из возможных благоприятных сценариев развития ОПК на ближайшие 5-7 лет.
