Abstract

Статья подготовлена по материалам разработки Ассоциацией промышленников горнометаллургического комплекса России (АМРОС) Концепции и проекта закона об амортизационной политике в Российской Федерации. В ней рассмотрены роль и место амортизационной политики в России и за рубежом, а также принципиальные различия в них систем экономических механизмов, обеспечивающих воспроизводство капитала. Формируются предложения по мерам совершенствования амортизационной политики.
