Влияние Специфики Российской Экономики На Развитие Металлургии

Abstract

Реформирование российской металлургии явилось составной частью общесистемных изменений всей экономики. Это обусловило развитие процессов в металлургии, принципиально отличных от аналогичных явлений в западных странах. В статье предпринята попытка комплексного рассмотрения реформирования металлургии в 1992-1999 гг. Подчеркивается, что развитие металлургии в России определяется внутренними процессами в экономике, изменением внешних условий функционирования предприятий отрасли. Степень государственного участия в отраслевых программах развития была недостаточной для решения существующих проблем. Предприятия сумели решить задачи текущего функционирования, однако способы решения стратегических проблем должны определяться государством.
