Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы современной реформы здравоохранения в России, дается анализ состояния системы охраны здоровья населения в стране. На основании оценки результатов десятилетних реформ автор ставит вопрос о целесообразности использования механизмов обязательного медицинского страхования для решения проблем, стоящих перед здравоохранением страны.
