Abstract

В статье обоснованы приоритеты государственной промышленной политики в России, выделены отрасли, преимущественное развитие которых повысит научно-технический уровень производства и качество материальной базы социальной сферы, приведены механизмы целевого и эффективного использования ресурсов, оценки необходимых финансовых средств и предложены источники мобилизации ресурсов для прорывного развития промышленности.
