Abstract

В статье рассматриваются задачи международной региональной интеграции России в интересах преобразования и развития ее экономики; приводятся теоретические положения историков науки и современных исследователей, анализирующих мировой опыт движения к открытости экономики, международному сотрудничеству в торговле и финансовой сфере, участию в глобализации; подчеркивается потребность для современной экономики России сохранения некоторых мер протекционизма при продвижении к интеграции в рамках ВТО и ЕС; обосновывается предпочтительность для России в условиях восстановления и преобразования ее экономики сближения с ЕС и построения общеевропейского экономического пространства.
