Abstract

В статье анализируется уровень расходов бюджетов субъектов СЗФО РФ на оплату труда работников бюджетной сферы и на социальное обеспечение в период с 2008 по 2010 г. Используются данные Федерального Казначейства об исполнении бюджетов субъектов РФ.
