Abstract

Для России важнейшим партнером в международном инвестиционном обмене является Евросоюз, в котором интересы российских инвесторов защищены двусторонними инвестиционными соглашениями. В статье рассматриваются сложные и противоречивые процессы реформирования инвестиционной политики в ЕС после принятия Лиссабонского договора, которые могут усилить правовые и политические риски инвестиционных проектов, осуществляемых в странах ЕС.The European Union is the most important Russian partner in the international investment exchange where interests of Russian investors are guarded by bilateral investment agreements. The article reviews complex and contradictory process of reformation of the investment policy in the EU after signing of the Treaty of Lisbon that may increase legal and political risks of investment projects implemented in the EU countries.
