Abstract

Исследование вопроса применения процессного управления имеет важное значение для ОАО «РЖД» в период реструктуризации деятельности. В результате проведенного анализа выявлена эффективность системы управления затратами Дирекции капитального ремонта и реконструкции объектов электрификации и электроснабжения железных дорог по предоставлению специализированных услуг в области капитального ремонта и реконструкции объектов для Холдинга «РЖД» и сторонних заказчиков. Статья представляет интерес для специалистов железнодорожного транспорта и студентов экономических вузов.An investigation of the application of process management is important for JSC "RZD" in the period of restructuring activities. In result of analysis revealed the effectiveness of the cost management system of the Directorate for capital repair and reconstruction of electrification and power supply of Railways for the provision of specialized services in the field of capital repairs and reconstruction of facilities for RZD Holding and third-party customers.
