Abstract

В статье проведен сравнительный анализ институциональных основ управления лесного комплекса регионов Северо-Западного федерального округа. В качестве объекта анализа выбраны органы власти и сфера их полномочий, нормативно-правовые акты, их количество и область регулирования. Статья адресована специалистам в области лесного хозяйства, научным работникам, представителям органов власти и управления, и всем, кто занимается институциональной экономикой.In article is carried out the comparative analysis of institutional bases of a forest complex of regions of the Northwest federal district. As object of the analysis selected the bodies of authority and the sphere of their powers, normative legal acts, their number and area of regulation. The article is addressed to specialists in the field of forestry, scientists, representatives of the governing bodies, and all who studies institutional economics.
