Abstract

Предприятия обрабатывающей промышленности, занимающие промежуточное положение в существующих цепях поставок от добычи ресурсов до конечного потребителя, играют важную роль в создании и регулировании экономического и социального климата страны, являются крупными потребителями широкого спектра разнообразных материальных ресурсов. Реализация процесса закупок и его эффективность во многом зависят от должного учета интересов службы снабжения в различных стратегиях предприятия и развития межфункциональной координации.
