Abstract

Наиболее эффективным инструментом управления инновационным развитием предприятий радиоэлектронной промышленности являются программы данного развития. В данной статье разработаны методологические основы формирования указанных программ, под которыми понимаются комплексные системы целей в сфере науки, техники и производства, пути и средства их достижения. Реализация указанных программ должна обеспечивать не только развитие науки, техники и технологий в области радиоэлектроники, но и решение целого ряда других задач, связанных с инновационным развитием предприятий радиоэлектронной промышленности и повышением эффективности их деятельности.
