Abstract

Управление региональными системами требует от государственных структур индивидуального и научно обоснованного подхода как к вопросу оценки, аудита, диагностики состояния системы, так и к вопросу разработки стратегии развития, носящей долгосрочный характер и обеспечивающей эффективное сценарное развитие с учетом конкурентных преимуществ территории, ее ресурсных особенностей и экономического, экологического, человеческого потенциалов.
