Понимание И Роль Социальной Политики В Социально-Экономической Сфере Современного Государства

Abstract

В предлагаемой статье рассмотрены проблемы понимания и современной роли социальной политики в социально-экономическом пространстве России. Отмечается, что социальная политика представляет собой сравнительно «молодое» направление деятельности органов власти. Роль социальной политики в современном обществе возрастает, более того, общество переходит от представлений о затратности и безвозвратности социальных расходов к понятиям человеческого капитала, инвестициям в социальную сферу, признавая тот факт, что более надежного вложения ресурсов, чем рациональное финансирование социальной сферы, на сегодня не существует.
