Этноэкономика В Контексте Регионального Развития: Структурные Особенности И Характер Влияния На Социально-Экономические Процессы

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблематике развития регионов доминирования этноэкономики на Северном Кавказе и базируется на теоретическом анализе дифференциации видов экономической деятельности, в частности, учете разницы между видами деятельности с убывающей и возрастающей отдачей. В статье анализируется наличие отраслей соответствующего профиля в структуре этноэкономики, выявляется перспектива развития с учетом имеющихся отраслевых трендов. Рекомендации для регионов Северного Кавказа основываются на сравнительном анализе мирового опыта развивающихся стран. Также рассматриваются ограничения реализации соответствующей политики в условиях как текущей экономической ситуации в России, так и профиля промышленного сектора макрорегиона. Анализируется постсоветская динамика промышленности на Юге России и Северном Кавказе как потенциального «локомотива» роста для регионов Северного Кавказа и как источника повышения эффективности сектора этноэкономики.
