Abstract

В экономически развитых странах мира инновационная экономика и финансирование научных достижений складывалась в разное время и опиралась на разные факторы. Но в каждой стране именно государство играло если не решающую, то ключевую роль в формировании рынка инноваций. В статье рассмотрены подходы к финансированию науки в Норвегии и США.
