Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам оценки влияния системы административного регулирования на развитие частного предпринимательства, прежде всего малого и среднего бизнеса. Рассматриваются отдельные аспекты негативного воздействия избыточного государственного (муниципального) регулирования на качество развития предпринимательства в регионе. Особое внимание уделено обоснованию необходимости снижения административного бремени на бизнес как фактору способствующему придать дополнительный импульс развитию малого и среднего предпринимательства. Предложен новый подход к оценке блокирующих эффектов административного регулирования для развития малого и среднего предпринимательства в регионе
