Abstract

В данной статье были проанализированы: проблемы создания и продвижения инноваций в России, проблемы инновационной деятельности на предприятиях, установлена взаимосвязь элементов инновационной деятельности предприятия, обозначены составляющие инновационного потенциала организации, сделан вывод, что человеческий капитал основной фактор инновационного развития.
