Abstract

В статье актуализируются особенности совершенствования государственного менеджмента в условиях инновационного развития экономики. Рассмотрен зарубежный и отечественный опыт повышения информационной транспарентности государственного менеджмента, создания условий для заинтересованного диалога между властью и населением, развития института оценки регулирующего воздействия. Даны практические рекомендации по решению выявленных проблем совершенствования государственного менеджмента в России.
