Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрены определенные аспекты исторических особенностей развития строительной индустрии в СССР. Дана философская оценка мотивационных факторов становления и развития советской отрасли строительства и ее роли в советской экономике. Дана оценка роли и влияния бюджетного финансирования строительных проектов на развитие регионов.
