Abstract

Предприятия строительного комплекса действуют согласно своей стратегии устойчивого развития и ставят основными целями и задачами стабилизацию положения в регионе, обеспечение конкурентного превосходства над соперниками и прогрессивного инновационного сдвига в долгосрочной перспективе. Достижение результатов возможно посредством формирования инвестиционно-строительного кластера. В статье рассмотрена технология создания инвестиционно-строительного кластера, которая основана на взаимодействии региональных властей и основных участников кластера.
