Abstract

Нераспределенная прибыль является одним из важнейших показателей, характеризующих результаты хозяйственной деятельности, служит финансовым источником производственного развития и объектом распределения собственникам хозяйствующего субъекта. В этих условиях успешное управление нераспределенной прибылью заключается в нахождении баланса между часто разнонаправленными интересами менеджмента и участников юридического лица.
