Особенности Оценки Эффективности Работы Сотрудников В Современных Проектно-Ориентированных Компаниях

Abstract

Оценка эффективности работы персонала в проектно-ориентированных компаниях определяется спецификой их деятельности. Работа проектно-ориентированной компании зависима от наличия профильных специалистов, поэтому основными показателями эффективности работы персонала являются уровень квалификации сотрудников и опыт проектной работы. Руководство компании должно уделять внимание оценке и мотивации персонала, чтобы увеличить производительность труда и результативности работ.В статье предлагается совместить расчет результативности работы сотрудников проектно-ориентированной компании традиционными методами с личностными методами оценки отдельных работников с целью прогнозирования результатов ротации персонала между проектами. Предложен метод экономической оценки ценностного статуса сотрудника проектно-ориентированной компании в зависимости от его позиции и вклада в реализацию проекта.
