Abstract

Актуальным научным вопросом является изучение энергоэкологических последствий от действия чрезвычайных ситуаций (ЧС), причём различного генезиса. Отсюда следует актуальная необходимость разработки методических основ комплексной оценки изменения энергетических мощностей субъектов РФ под действием чрезвычайных ситуаций различного генезиса. Вариант такой методики предложен в данной статье.
