Abstract

В статье рассмотрена система ГЧП как форма взаимодействия государства и бизнеса, исследованы особенности ГЧП в РФ, в т.ч. в железнодорожной отрасли. Выявлены сильные и слабые стороны, а также возможности и угрозы сторон данного партнёрства в рамках железнодорожной отрасли.
