Abstract

В данной статье на примере Пензенской области исследуются оптимизация кормовой базы, обоснование производства и закупок сырья по оптимальному плану. Рассчитан кормовой баланс и потребность животных в кормах.А также предлагается баланс ресурсов и использование молока и молочных продуктов. Рассматриваются мероприятия по повышению породных и продуктивных качеств дойного стада, увеличения производства молока и рентабельности молочного животноводства.
