Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные понятия процесса девелопмента, его виды, стадии развития, а также основные аспекты девелоперского анализа и последующее влияние проектов на городскую среду. Для развития инновационных процессов в инвестиционно-строительном комплексе в качестве управленческой инновации предложено развивать различные схемы девелопмента. Это позволит повысить эффективность процесса внедрения инноваций за счет совершенствования процессов управления строительством.
