Abstract

В статье показана ведущая роль отраслевого принципа стимулирования ПИИ государством-реципиентом в процессе привлечения ПИИ в качестве меры сокращения технологического отставания и перехода на инновационный путь экономики страны, прежде всего промышленности, на примере России и Китая. Также проводится краткий анализ мирового рынка высокотехнологичной продукции и его связи с инновационным сектором экономик стран-лидеров по объему экспорта высокотехнологичной продукции.
