Механизм Реализации Жилищно – Строительной Политики Оренбургской Области

Abstract

Для повышения эффективности реализации жилищно – строительной политики региона целесообразно при совместном участии региональных органов власти и бизнес – структур разработать и осуществить комплекс организационно-экономических мероприятий, обеспечивающих снижение производственных и непроизводственных затрат, связанных со строительством жилья, что позволит сделать его более доступным и обеспечить рост качества жизни населения региона. Для решения этого вопроса целесообразно сформировать жилищно – строительный кластер, который обеспечит соконкуренцию всех его участников обеспечивая эффект экстерналии.
