Abstract

Основываясь на эволюционном подходе формирования и развития кластерной концепции развития экономики, а также принимая подход М.Портера о том, что кластеры представляют собой сконцентрированные по географическому признаку группы промышленных компаний и связанных с ними организаций (финансовых, торговых, исследовательских и т.д.), характеризующихся общностью экономических интересов и взаимодополняющих друг друга, в статье исследованы содержание и формы синергетических эффектов и сформулированы преимущества кластерной организации для предприятий и регионов – мест локализации кластеров.
