Abstract

Интернет -практически единственная глобальная телекоммуникационная сеть, повсеместно используемая в системе общего и среднего образования. Интернет-технологии обеспечивают в образовательном процессе учебную деятельность, с использованием прикладных и инструментальных программных средств. Основным направлением использования глобальных сетей является разработка научно-педагогических основ создания и использования информационной среды непрерывного образования на основе создания Единого образовательного пространства.
