Эффективность Различных Типов Систем Управления Продажами В Российских Предпринимательских Компаниях

Abstract

Целью настоящей работы является проведение сравнительной оценки эффективности СУП различного уровня. Гипотеза 1:Используемые в предпринимательских компаниях подходы к выбору/категоризации клиентов и к формулированию плановых заданий по продаже конкретных продуктов оказывают влияние на уровень экономической эффективности деятельности этих компаний. Изучение этих подходов позволяет произвести оценку экономической эффективности СУП конкретных компаний. Гипотеза 2:Проведение оценки по перечисленным выше двум измерениям позволяет получить данные, характеризующие уровень экономической эффективности высоко- и низкоуровневых типов СУП.
