Роль Налогов В Разрешении Социальных Противоречий Современного Общества

Abstract

Актуальность исследования вопросов использования налогов в качестве инструмента государственной политики, обусловлена необходимостью изучения влияния процессов налогообложения на нивелирование социально-экономического различия в доходах, как населения Российской Федерации, так и субъектов, входящих в её состав. В распоряжении государства находятся инструменты, необходимые для выравнивания дифференциации доходов населения, оказывающие прямое и косвенное влияние на процессы их распределения (регулирование системы обязательных платежей, в первую очередь посредством налогов, государственные социальные трансферты, контроль за уровнем инфляции и т.д.) и основную роль при этом должна играть существующая налоговая политика.
