Abstract

В статье представлен механизм управления факторами рыночной стоимости предприятия на основе инфраструктурного представления инновационного предприятия. В нем факторы соотнесены с показателями, использующимися для принятия решений по стратегическому развитию. Инфраструктурное представление предприятия, реализующего инновации, как объекта управления на основе концепции максимизации стоимости для обеспечении эффективного распределения ресурсов предприятия. Актуализация проблемы управления экономической эффективностью деятельности предприятия обусловлена развитием и совершенствованием экономических механизмов управления (методов и моделей), охватывающих все многообразие производственных взаимосвязей и деловых ситуаций, возникающих в хозяйственной практике.
