Abstract

Корпоративное предпринимательство в условиях, когда экономики развитых и развивающихся стран становятся все более открытыми, а процессы технологического развития все быстрее, становится одним из самых действенных способов управления современным успешным предприятием. В работе показаны модели корпоративного предпринимательства и кадровая политика, приводящая в соответствие человеческий ресурс со стратегией инновационно ориентированного предприятия. В работе показана роль инновационного менеджера в условиях реализации модели открытой экономики и парадигмы «Открытых инноваций».
