Abstract

Разработка стратегии является необходимым условием успешного развития в долгосрочной перспективе. Правильно поставленные цели и учет уровня конкуренции помогают организациям быть конкурентоспособными. В статье проведен анализ стратегических направлений компании, раскрыты методы и цели работы организации на рынке. Изложена авторская позиция на дальнейшее развитие компании и предложены конкретные действия по внедрению новых методов управления организацией.
