Abstract

В статье представлен методический подход к принятию и реализации управленческих решений в рыбохозяйственных предпринимательских структурах на основе внедрения бюджетирования. В статье последовательно рассмотрены этапы принятия решения и выявлены проблемы, возникающие на этих этапах; описаны принципы принятия управленческих решений и предлагается использовать систему бюджетирования для повышения обоснованности принимаемых решений. Результатом работы является авторская оценка влияния внедрения процесса бюджетирования в целях совершенствования информационного обеспечения принимаемых управленческих решений.
