Исследование Кадрового Потенциала Регионального Здравоохранения (На Примере Курской Области)

Abstract

В настоящее время Правительством РФ перед регионами поставлены задачи по совершенствованию социально-экономической политики в сфере здравоохранения. Значительная дифференциация регионов по социально-экономическим и демографическим параметрам определяет необходимость учета особенностей различных видов ресурсов системы здравоохранения, в том числе и кадровых, при разработке стратегии устойчивого развития отрасли. В статье представлена оценка кадрового потенциала здравоохранения Курской области и предложены мероприятия по его совершенствованию.
