Программный Бюджет: Вопросы Внедрения И Применения

Abstract

В статье исследуется проблематика внедрения программного бюджета в бюджетный процесс Российской Федерации с учетом некоторых особенностей международной практики его применения. Данная проблематика в большей степени актуализируется в связи с потребностью обеспечение результативности и эффективности бюджетных расходов на всех уровнях бюджетной системы Российской Федерации. В статье обозначено, что вопросы содержания, структуры государственных программ достаточно четко закреплены в законодательных и нормативных актах, однако оценка эффективности их реализации требует дальнейшей проработки.
