Abstract

В статье описаны основные социальные проблемы, возникающие в процессе реализации инвестиционного проекта в сфере девелопмента коммерческой недвижимости, практика девелоперских компаний в области коммерческой социальной ответственности, а также механизмы предотвращения негативных социальных последствий. Реализация инвестиционного проекта по строительству торгового комплекса или многофункционального центра затрагивает интересы и влияет на многих лиц: сотрудников компании, контрагентов, государственных органов, обычных людей. Таким образом, компаниям крайне важно взаимодействовать с окружением и заинтересованными лицами с целью предотвращения социальной напряженности.
