Городская Среда Как Пространство Для Реализации Человеческого Потенциала

Abstract

На сегодняшний день почти четверть россиян проживает в крупных городах с населением более одного миллиона жителей. В Российской Федерации 15 городов с населением более 1 млн человек, еще 3 города относятся к категории так называемых субмиллионеров, в этих городах сосредоточен основной инновационный потенциал страны. В то же время компаративные исследования фиксируют значительное отставание российских городов в международных рейтингах конкурентоспособности. Самым весомым «ослабляющим» фактором современных российских городов является низкий уровень человеческих ресурсов, эксперты, отмечают, что исправить сложившуюся ситуацию можно только сосредоточившись на развитии инфраструктуры, благоприятной для развития человеческого потенциала.
