Система Сбалансированных Показателей С Нечёткими Связями Как Инструмент Управления Рисками Инновационной Деятельности

Abstract

В работе представлен алгоритм построения системы сбалансированных показателей (ССП) с использованием нечётко-логических связей. Эта ССП отвечает инновационной деятельности на действующем предприятии и может быть составлена как в отношении предприятия в целом, так и отдельного проекта в его составе. Показано, что от модели ССП можно перейти к карте рисков инновационной деятельности на основе преобразования изоморфизма. Как ключевые показатели эффективности в ССП (KPI), так и показатели рисков в структуре риск-карты, подлежат нормированию.
