Abstract

Данная статья посвящена обзору состояния образования и системы управления качеством образовательных услуг в отдельно взятом регионе РФ - Ставропольском крае. Выявлены положительные стороны и проблемные точки образования и системы управления качеством образовательных услуг в регионе. Проведенное исследование позволяет утверждать, что процесс модернизации российского образования выдвигает на передний план принципиальные вопросы, связанные с эффективной организацией системы управления качеством образовательных услуг на региональном уровне.
