Abstract

В статье предложена методика оценки инвестиционной привлекательности региональной хозяйственной системы на основе комплексного подхода, который позволяет характеризовать не только инвестиционный потенциал и уровень инвестиционного риска в регионе, но и качество его интеллектуального, стратегического и административного ресурсов. Представленная методика использована при составлении рейтинга федеральных округов РФ по инвестиционной привлекательности.
