Влияние Сделок Слияния И Поглощения Банков На Конкуренцию В Банковском Секторе

Abstract

В данной статье проводится анализ существующих подходов и методов оценки уровня конкуренции, с последующим использованием результатов данного анализа для оценки взаимосвязи консолидации и конкуренции в банковском секторе. Исследование построено на основеданныхпо банкам, участвовавшим в период с 2006 по 2010 гг. в сделках слияния и поглощения на территории России. Итоговая модель позволяет предсказать, на сколько изменится уровень конкуренции (измеренный H-статистикой Паназара-Росса) в отрасли в результате консолидации банков.
