Современный Взгляд На Экономическую Природу Понятия Заработная Плата

Abstract

В статье представлен классический и современный взгляд на экономическую природу заработной платы. Автор доказывает, что самым весомым элементом труда является трудовое поведение работника, что дает возможность оптимальной количественной оценки деятельности каждого работника.
