Abstract

Аутсорсинг - один из самых быстрорастущих сегментов IT-рынка, понемногу он начинает занимать важное место в стратегиях организаций. По оценкам Gartner, в IT-отделах компаний к 2011 году будет на 20% меньше сотрудников и на 40% меньше ролей в области самостоятельно разработки информационных систем, чем сегодня. Согласно исследованиям компании Andersen Consulting, IT-аутсорсинг станет пользоваться все большей популярностью. Ожидается, что его развитие будет наиболее интенсивным в области телекоммуникаций, где в ближайшие годы им воспользуются 62% предприятий и в области информатики - 58%. Современный менеджмент делает упор на развитие сильных корпоративных связей, близость к потребителям, производительность и конкурентоспособность. Это подкрепляет идею о снабжении извне.
